After we waited in line for 15 minutes at this “restaurant” and were finally able to order, the chaos began. After ordering we had to wait 20 minutes for our food (1x burger and 1x fries). Instead of fries we got rice, which we had to exchange. It is also cold in the seating area.

My partner and I climbed Monserrate Hill in Bogotá, and they're located at the start of the small restaurants after the market. They're scammers. If you have the chance to read this review, I recommend asking for prices before entering. They trick you with menus with no prices, and when it's time to give you the bill, they charge you over $50.00 for a dish. They ask you where you're from. If you're a foreigner, they already know they'll overcharge you. This restaurant and the restaurant next door are jointly making up prices when you complain. I went to a restaurant further down the road, and it was reasonably priced... they're thieves. Be careful.

This is a tourist trap, they give you a menu without prices. You end up paying a food that is 3 times the price it should be. We end paying almost 100$ for 2 dishes and 2 smoothies.

Tourist trap! Avoid this place. They overcharge for typical food that usually costs half the price. They claim their card reader is broken, forcing you to pay in cash, which likely allows the employees to pocket most of the money.
