Here's a wonderful five-star review for the Ahari Restaurant at the Arca Hotel in Roatan:nn---nn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️nnOur experience at Ahari Restaurant at the Arca Hotel in Roatan was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible — the avocado toast was a definite highlight at breakfast, perfectly ripe and flavorful, and the burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the fresh fruit, which was refreshingly delicious and a great way to cool down in the warm weather.nnWhat truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing staff. Ezra, ObaLinda (spelling may be wrong), Frank, and everyone else went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were so fun to be with and truly made us feel like part of the family. They handled our wild crew with patience and good humor, making every meal a great time.nnOverall, great food, fantastic service, and an even better atmosphere. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend Ahari for anyone visiting Roatan — you’ll be in good hands and enjoy every moment!

Nestled under swaying palm trees, just steps from the beach but blissfully tucked away from the crowds, AHARI offers an idyllic, serene setting perfect for any meal of the day.nnThe service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and personal. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary mango and rum cocktails that were so delicious, we made AHARI our go-to for all drinks during our stay. Orbelynda’s Palomas were a standout—crafted with fresh-squeezed juice and mixed to absolute perfection. Every drink we had was a piece of art.nnAs for the food… wow. We went with a group of friends for dinner and while I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant I was not happy with the food. One person ordered steak medium rare and the 1st time it came out it was well done so it was sent back. The next one came out almost blue. We were also confused on the seafood platter. Someone wanted to order it but if only one person ordered it then it wouldn't come with what was listed. The person who got chicken strips said they were good as well as the steak sandwich but it doesn't seem worth what we paid for those things.

Stayed at the Arca hotel for a week and ate numerous meals here for the convenience. Service was 10/10 every time. The breakfast was FABULOUS - delicious food and a great variety of options. We tried the Honduran breakfast, the stuffed French toast, the American breakfast, and the build your own. All great. Dinner- ceviche was delicious. Husband ordered the whole snapper and it was a bit fishy (especially the parts touching the skin of the fish) and I had the zoodles with shrimp. The zoodles were a bit lacking in flavor but the shrimp was delicious. The cocktails were OK. Not great. Wine selection needs updating- they have 2 cab savs but no Pinot noir?! Cheesecake was delicious. The ambience of the place CANT be beat. Would absolutely recommend eating here…just choose wisely.
