Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were welcomed with open arms, as if we were at home. They were very patient with my father, who is elderly and Japanese; this opinion is based on their judgment.nWe sat down and ordered several dishes from the menu, including the house ramen, 15-piece sashimi, a California roll, a Philadelphia roll, miso shiru, unagi nigiri, pork and shrimp gyoza. They also included three drinks: coconut lemonade, cherry tomatoes, and a mixed fruit juice. All this for approximately 300,000 COP.nnThe ramen was excellent; they brought out an extraordinary flavor in the shiitake mushrooms, and the broth was also extraordinary and unique to their own store.nThe sashimi was a little unusual due to the thick cut used in these preparations, which in my opinion is acceptable, but I don't prefer it. I always prefer it a little thinner to appreciate the texture and flavor of each piece, especially if it's sea bass or mackerel. The recommendation is not to use lemon for presentation, as it can ruin the texture or flavor of the fresh fish.nMiso shiru was quite good, but the quality of tofu is always desirable for it to be softer and more gelatinous. It's understandable that tofu of such high quality isn't available here in Colombia.nAs for the eel nigiri, it's not bad for people unfamiliar with the flavor; it's not recommended for people who have tried eel in Japan or a higher-quality eel.nThe sushi rolls taste good; it's American-style sushi that includes non-traditional ingredients, such as cream cheese, avocado, etc. There are no comments to make about the pork or shrimp gyoza, nor about the drinks; they are authentic and pleasant to the palate.nnOverall, I recommend the staff and the restaurant.nBring an oshibori (warm, wet towel) to wash and clean your hands.nBring a soy sauce dish for each customer, regardless of what they consume, or be available if needed.nnVery good service overall, and the owner, Mr. Jaime, is always happy to receive any recommendations or comments about the place.nRecommended for couples or families.nThank you very much for the service.

Great atmosphere. David provides excellent service and is also an anime fan. He recommended the spicy version of the ramen, and it was a great choice. The banana tempura surprised me; perhaps the best I've ever had (I've only had two, but it's better than one).
