Berlandas (formerly Velho Barba) is very good. They've diversified their menu (picanha, ceviche, various burgers, Japanese food, etc.) and are now innovating their service with live music. It's a pleasant place, with good service. If you're looking for a bar to have a light beer or take your girlfriend/wife/family, this is the place in Barro Alto. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I went for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised by the sandwich; it was delicious. I'd even go so far as to say it was one of the tastiest I've ever had. The service was quick and good. Nothing to complain about.

The beer was warm (they explained that the freezer had a power outage), we asked for ice and they charged 7 reais for it, the food did not meet expectations, the service was reasonable, the atmosphere is pleasant

Furthermore, the preparation time for dishes tends to take longer than expected, which can impact the experience for those seeking a quick service.nnI considered the service to be average. We sat for over 8 minutes without a waitress approaching us, until we introduced ourselves and asked for the menu.nnIt's a nice place, but it needs a lot of improvement. Attention to detail could yield excellent results in the near future.nnIn my opinion, as it stands, it may only please those looking for something local and unpretentious, but those seeking a minimum of standardization and service will find that this process still requires significant adjustments.nnMy expectations, based on recommendations from the local hotel chain and some Google reviews, ended up not being met!nnI'll be back next time to actually compare.
