The quality of service and food has gone down, before I saw better presentation and cleanliness

Sadly, this is the second time I've come and it was a bad experience. The first time there was no tortilla for the famous burrobot and the second time they didn't have service at 9:30 pm even though it is mentioned here that they close at 11 pm.
