The chicharrón was salty, the fried pork was pork with achiote, and the yuca was good, chunky, unlike other places where they give you masa.nnThe portion was small when we ordered the mixto, so we'll give it another try.

This Vigoron is located 100 meters west off the Metrocentro roundabout, looking for the UCA on the right.nFor a place on the street, it's clean. They play Christian music with a very relaxed sound. But let's get to the point. The flavor itself isn't anything out of the ordinary. The yuca was very good. The chicharrón was very hard, the salad was bland, and the chilero was just plain water. The cocoa, I have to say, was very good. I'll have to go another day to see if it was just bad luck or if Vigoron is always so bland.
